Promotions & applicable terms
Sun Executive Lounge service at domestic terminals (Noi Bai & Phu Quoc airports):
- Free privilege: Applies exclusively to transactions holding the Economy Plus fare class.
- Applicable route network: Itineraries departing directly from Hanoi (HAN) or Phu Quoc (PQC).
- Program validity: Applies to tickets purchased from 15/04/2026 for travel dates from 15/04/2026 through 13/06/2026 inclusive.
- Exclusions: Not applicable during the peak period from 24/04/2026 through 05/05/2026; additionally excludes HAN–DAD and PQC–SGN sectors.
Sun Executive Lounge service at the international terminal (Phu Quoc airport):
- Free privilege: Applies to transactions holding Economy Plus and Economy Flex fare classes.
- Applicable route network: International itineraries departing from Phu Quoc (PQC).
- Program validity: Applies to tickets purchased from 15/04/2026 for travel dates from 17/04/2026 through 16/06/2026 inclusive.

We currently partner to provide premium lounge services at key airports including Phu Quoc (PQC), Tan Son Nhat (SGN), Noi Bai (HAN), Da Nang (DAD), Cam Ranh (CXR), Van Don (VDO), and Taoyuan International Airport in Taiwan (TPE).
Q2: What is the maximum duration allowed in the lounge?
To optimize service capacity and ensure the most relaxing environment for all passengers, each visit is limited to a standard maximum of 3 hours.
Q3: How do I verify eligibility at the reception desk to use the service?
Passengers only need to present a Boarding Pass showing the purchased service code, or a standard Business class ticket, or a partner membership card with the corresponding benefits to the receptionist.
Q4: What standout on-site amenities will passengers experience?
Passengers will enjoy a secluded quiet lounge, a varied buffet, high-speed Wi-Fi, a convenient work area with charging ports, clean shower rooms (subject to each airport’s facilities), and continuously updated flight status screens.
Q5: Is there any separation or difference between the lounge for passengers who buy the service separately and those flying Business class?
Depending on the operational setup at each airport: at Tan Son Nhat, Business class passengers use the SH Elite lounge while standalone service purchasers use SH Premium. At Da Nang, Business passengers are welcomed at the InterContinental Sun Peninsula Lounge, while standalone purchasers use SH Premium. At Hanoi, Phu Quoc, and Cam Ranh, both groups share the same premium lounge system.
