- Each Service Booking Code (SSR) is issued with a unique entitlement for a specific performance night within the program.
- The fireworks festival ticket is valid only on the registered night of the event.
- Children policy: Free for children under 1 m in height when seated with a supervising adult. If a child requires a separate seat, the ticket price is the same as an adult.
According to the official supplier agreements from the organizer, DIFF 2026 event tickets are strictly non‑refundable, non‑cancellable, and cannot be rescheduled under any circumstances. Please carefully review your personal itinerary before confirming payment.
- Festival tickets are issued as personal identifiers matching the passenger’s information and are absolutely non‑transferable.
- Name correction: If a spelling error or name order mistake is detected, Sun PhuQuoc Airways’ commercial policy will provide assistance. If the discrepancy is minor and does not significantly affect validation, passengers may be allowed entry by presenting the DIFF ticket together with a valid boarding pass and ID card.
- Replacing the ticket holder: The system does not support full name changes for another person.
