No-show, Go-show, Flight Delays

No-show passenger: a passenger who has a ticket and a confirmed seat on the flight but does not take that flight.

No-show fee: the fee applied when the passenger does not fly and does not make a change/refund request 3 hours before the departure time shown on the ticket.

This fee is applied separately from any ticket change fees.

For fare classes without no-show conditions, in cases where the ticket is refundable and changeable, passengers must request a refund or change before the flight time by 03 hours.

Go-show – airport flight change: A case where the passenger has a ticket and a confirmed seat, arrives at the airport at least 03 hours before the flight time shown on the ticket, and wants to switch to an earlier new flight on the same day and on the same itinerary. The new flight has already closed booking (1 hour before the scheduled departure time of the new flight).

The go-show fee is calculated based on the difference between the fare level of the booking class shown on the passenger's ticket and the highest fare on the flight the passenger is transferred to.

No no-show fee or seat change fee (if any) is charged.

Passengers are considered late for a flight or delayed when:

Late arrival at the check-in counter: when the passenger arrives at the counter after check-in has closed and before the scheduled departure time.

Late arrival at the departure gate: when the passenger arrives at the departure gate after the gate has closed.
