Accepted payment methods when booking Sun PhuQuoc Airways tickets.

International Cards

Pay with international credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Amex. Card information is encrypted and secured according to PCIDSS standards.

Card verification notice: Sun PhuQuoc Airways may request random card verification to protect customer rights. Verification can be completed via email, at an official ticket office, or at a designated check-in counter.

Documents required for verification:

The international payment card used to purchase the ticket.
The cardholder's ID card or passport.
The passenger's ID card or passport (in case of purchasing on behalf of someone else).
Card verification authorization letter.
E-ticket.
Proof of successful transaction from the issuing bank (in some special cases).

VietQR

Scan QR codes quickly and conveniently. Supports apps from nearly 40 Vietnamese banks and 5 e-wallet applications to complete the transaction.

VNPAY-QR

Pay by scanning the VNPAY-QR code through e-payment apps or Internet Banking. The phone must be connected to the internet and registered for Internet Banking.

Find the Scan QR code function, move the camera to the code to scan, and enter the payment amount.

Sun PhuQuoc Airways only accepts VNPAY-QR for ticket purchase transactions on the Website and Mobile App with ticket purchase points in Vietnam.

Post-Payment Process

When choosing post-payment, the system displays a successful booking confirmation screen, the Booking Code, and the deadline for completing payment (according to local time). A confirmation email will be sent immediately to the registered address (the time in the email is shown in GMT). The booking will be automatically canceled if payment is not made on time.

Payment Completion Channels

SPA Website / Mobile App: Select My Bookings, enter the Booking Code and Last Name to look up and pay online (international cards, domestic cards, QR code, VNPay wallet, etc.).

Banking app / Internet Banking

ATM machines: Vietcombank, BIDV.

Bank counters: Vietcombank, SCB, Techcombank.

ViettelPay app

Convenience stores via Payoo: WinMart, Circle K, The Gioi Di Dong, etc.
