To meet international travel demand and provide transparency in pricing policies, the airline would like to announce the updated fare conditions (Fare Rules) for the Economy cabin on flights from Taiwan to Vietnam. These regulations officially apply to tickets issued or exchanged from 21/01/2026. With a tiered fare structure divided into four specialized groups—Economy Plus, Economy Flex, Economy Classic, and Economy Lite—passengers can easily choose the product that best fits their travel plans and budget. In summary, on the Taiwan to Vietnam route, all Economy fare groups share the same standard baggage allowance, including 07kg carry-on baggage (Cabin Baggage) and 01 checked bag of 23kg (Checked Baggage), and also include free name correction. The key difference between fare classes lies in flexibility and additional services. While Economy Plus offers maximum flexibility with the privilege of free ticket changes before departure and priority check-in, the Flex to Lite classes apply progressively higher refund/change fees. To protect your benefits and avoid additional charges for late changes, passengers are advised to finalize their itinerary and complete any changes before the departure date (ETD) shown on the ticket.
